I was appointed Commissioner in Chase Home Finance LLC v. Hatfield et al, Civil No. 09-1-0106 an action for foreclosure on property located at 93-8318 Lauhala Street, Ocean View, Hawaii, 96737 in the Hawaii Ocean View Ranchos subdivision. On January 13, 2012, the court granted a request to substitute the Plaintiff and the case is now officially Federal National Mortgage Association v. Hatfield, et al., Civil No. 09-1-0106.
